Goal

Make daw-contracts the canonical home of session_insight/v1.

Context

The schema currently exists twice (daw-docs/docs/standards/schema/ and findings/docs/),
both at draft 0.8. Related: #14 (anagild_scope/v1).

Acceptance criteria

session_insight/v1/ with contract.json, specification.md, changelog, valid/invalid examples
Changelog keeps the draft history 0.5 -> 0.8 (central storage, ref type finding,
relations resolves/supersedes, finding.projects, kind idea)
Copies in daw-docs and findings removed or replaced by a reference
_meta.file / references point to daw-contracts
