Goal

Specify anagild_scope/v1 as a normative contract.

Content (current working shape)

schema, project (canonical name), aliases[], repos[] (optional), depends_on[]
kind: "group" -- grouping only, never rendered as a project of its own
Cycles are allowed; consumers must track visited projects
Matching is case-insensitive on project and aliases

Acceptance criteria

anagild_scope/v1/ with contract.json, specification.md, changelog, valid/invalid examples
Layout follows TEMPLATE.md (see #2 for current inconsistencies)
