chore: merkwerk auto-update

- Replace existing license with ISC license
- Adopt more permissive and simpler license terms
- Align with dragons@work low-tech philosophy
- Maintain full open source compatibility

ISC license provides maximum freedom with minimal legal complexity,
supporting the project's commitment to digital sovereignty and
uncomplicated technology solutions.
