Goal

Bring README in line with the current registry.

Acceptance criteria

  • Direct fetch links point to registry-index.json / .json.minisig (currently .yaml, links are broken)
  • Usage no longer implies steurjan-only: index serves all installable DAW modules
  • Check whether DAW/steurjan#94 still describes the JSON format; update reference if not
