Goal

Replace direct lfs usage in install.lua with daw.lua.common.fs.

Background

M.list in src/daw/module_manager/install.lua calls lfs directly
instead of going through daw.lua.common.fs. This violates the DAW
architecture principle that all OS-level calls go through daw-lua-common.

See: DAW/daw-lua-common (fs.lua) -- fs.list_dirs, fs.is_dir cover the needed functionality.

Acceptance Criteria

M.list uses daw.lua.common.fs instead of direct lfs
No direct require("lfs") in install.lua
Existing tests still pass
